(Green Bay, Wis.) March 13, 2007 - David Yeghiaian, president and owner of Unique Business Solutions, will present a workshop called "Are You Listening to the Voice of Your Customers?" at the April 22 Food Marketing Institute Advertising Marketing Executives Conference.
Targeted to marketing professionals, the event provides a forum for the food industry’s top strategists to exchange ideas.
Yeghiaian's presentation will share six steps to understanding customers’ needs and improving customer communications. The interactive session will teach participants the newly trademarked AL2ASM (Ask, Listen, Learn & Act) process with Customers – focused on meeting customer needs and developing a customer-focused marketing strategy.
