(Green Bay, Wis.) April 24, 2006 - Recent research found that 93% of completely satisfied customers will remain loyal to an organization, while up to 67% of satisfied customers may leave. The best way to understand customers is to ask. David Yeghiaian, president and owner of Unique Business Solutions, will present a workshop called "Are You Listening to the Voice of Your Customers?" at the May 15 Manufacturing Matters! Conference.
Targeted to manufacturers, the event, sponsored by the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP), offers more than 30 best practice workshops on marketing, lean manufacturing, and other business strategies. More than 600 attended last year.
Yeghiaian's presentation will share six steps to creating a more customer-focused marketing strategy to truly understand customers. The interactive session will teach participants how to understand customers' needs and improve customer communications. The Voice of the Customer process will focus on listening to customers and aligning the organization with customers' needs to maximize profitability and productivity.
